Fruit Cobbler Free Download

Summer will be here before we know it! Last week, it was over 90 degrees (in April!)... so I have been craving summer foods. I spent many hours perfecting this fruit cobbler recipe. I love fruit cobbler, but some recipes call for as much as 2 cups of sugar and 2 sticks of butter! I am not a health nut, but I knew I make one with far less damage to my arteries. Plus, I am in the Garden State after all, and no one can beat our peaches, strawberries, and blueberries in the summer. Why cover them up with all that buttah? Oh, and if you want the less-healthy version, or can't get your hands on coconut oil, sub 1/2 cup of sugar for the honey, 1 stick of butter for the coconut oil, and 1 cup of all-purpose flour for the whole wheat. And, whole milk instead of skim. Do it up right, then!
